The maths, made clear.

Monthly task hours = daily minutes ÷ 60 × people × working days.

Potential hours freed = monthly task hours × automation percentage ÷ 100.

If you enter an hourly value, indicative time value = hours freed × hourly value. Results are rounded for display.

A starting point for a conversation.

This assumes everyone spends the same time on the task each working day. It excludes setup costs, software fees, maintenance, exceptions and training. Time freed only becomes a cash saving if your actual costs fall.
